Over 7 years some 20% of the community have been part of this high energy positive personal training business which offered classes, personal training, retreats and personal development opportunities.NLP training evolved from the fitness business. I could see a direct link between quality results and subconscious beliefs which led me to complete formal training in this area. Many of my fitness clients also had businesses. After achieving results in fitness, I was invited to work in businesses, word of mouth spread. I handed over the fitness part of the business to a local professional.
