Compliance audits of Australian Toyota dealerships against Toyota National Sales Policies to promote and ensure fairness and consistency across the dealer network.*Major role in initial set-up of all departmental activities.*Preparation of the annual and monthly Audit Plan, driving monthly Manager sign-off.*Preparation and nemawashi of the Dealership Audit Corporate Compliance Committee paper.*Assessment of dealership compliance through audit fieldwork and follow-ups.*Primary review of audit work.*Preparation of audit reports and appeals, including ownership of all report and appeal submission.*Identification, coordination and follow-up of improvements to the National Sales Policies & Fleet Plan.*Presentations to Senior Management, Divisional Managers, Regional Managers and Dealership staff.*New team member coaching and development.
