Developed a digital marketing expertise at Zoocasa that enabled significant growth in the business across all KPIs (visitors 6x, leads 5x, deals 5x). Grew traffic, leads and engagement via marketing tactics on line (SEO/SEM), Display, Video, Mobile App Download & Social media marketing.Leveraged a Test, Learn & Optimize approach at Zoocasa and as a result.

Instituted planning and post mortem processes at Public Mobile that allowed the company to more profitably promote their product suite, increase subscribers and significantly reduced churn (by 50%).

Owned the overall P&L for this portfolio. Created a culture of accountability by instituting monthly product reviews to ensure programs were delivering results. Strategic leadership resulted in a new priority status for the data portfolio (messaging and smart devices) and a doubling of the overall revenue contribution of the product suite.

Led the development the DSL product line which was a new line of business for the organization. Marketing lead for NorthPoint Canada, joint venture between Call-Net Enterprises and NorthPoint US, developed the launch strategy which included product definition, pricing, and forecasts.
