Coordinate the Fellow Development Program, a distinguishing feature of the Self Graduate Fellowship, providing general education and training in communication, management, innovation, and leadership. Annual events include two week-long customized conferences, communication coaching workshops, biweekly luncheons about public policy, poster sessions, and a symposium. Coordinate the Self Memorial Scholarship Scholar Development Program, a similar program for the first year graduate students who are recipients of the Self Memorial Scholarship. This development program focuses on career development, communication, and leadership through two one-day workshops and communication coaching workshops. Maintain communications with and programming for the Society of Self Fellows, alumni of the Self Graduate Fellowship.

Responsible for coordinating the Fellow Development Program, Symposium, Society of Self Fellows, and Self Memorial Scholarship Scholar Development Program.

Projects included Student Union Activities, The Big Event at KU, KJHK 90.7 FM, KU Info, Board of Class Officers, Jayhawk Esports, Rita Ravens Alexander Leadership Retreat, Rotary Youth Leadership Academy, and a comprehensive student learning outcome training series.
