Direct the filing of State and Federal-mandated cost reports, including data submissions regarding encounter data to the applicable state agencies.• Rebuilt the accounting system structure and participated in the company-wide Abila MIP implementation; successfully reorganized the reporting units into structured program, activity, and location segmentation. • Enhanced the Center's financial statements through business unit segmentation, improved business communications, and allowed direct allocation of expenses to appropriate funding sources.• Designed and implemented Internal Service Fund structure for Fleet Management; created all financial statements and transaction ledgers for Internal Service Fund. • Reduced the initial submission variance rate on all cost reports to the State by 10%.
