I currently serve as the VP of Professional Services at Cleverbridge, an eCommerce platform enabling customers to automate SaaS renewal growth and maximize their customer lifetime value without additional headcount. I am overall accountable for developing global department strategies/offers to increase revenue, P&L management, operational KPI management and driving department efficiencies. Before joining Cleverbridge, I worked as a Customer Success and Professional Services leader at Private Equity (PE) backed SaaS companies to establish and scale global organizations while ensuring streamlined processes. These roles have allowed me to serve as a leader and gain best practice experience across customer success, customer support, professional services, and training. I have a passion for working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and specifically understand the challenges of international organizations. Throughout my career, I have always gained energy when learning new industries - pharmaceuticals, procurement, fashion technology and renewal automation - while applying functional best practices. My professional journey started at Deloitte Consulting, where I gained invaluable experience in mergers and acquisitions and project management for Fortune 500 companies. Transitioning to leadership roles in high growth SaaS companies provided me with opportunities in evolving business landscapes while maintaining a strategic focus on both short-term objectives and long-term goals.
