As a Chapter Engagement Specialist at The Institutes, I work with over 20 chapters across the country to provide education, training, and support for insurance defense attorney's and risk management professionals. I cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and objectives to deliver personalized service and exceed expectations.I began my Legal career working for the Clerk of Court, as a Domestic Violence and Civil Court clerk. Providing various administrative tasks and support functions within the civil court system, including case management, courtroom support, providing information and assistance to the public, attorneys, and litigants regarding court procedures, filing requirements, and case statutes. I have additional experience offering executive services, and event planning for clients in various sectors. Leveraging my degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal I have skills and experience in case management, arbitration, conflict resolution, document prep, business development and customer service.My mission is to use my expertise in Legal litigation, trade associations and non profit programs to create positive impact and value for clients, members, volunteers, and employees. I am passionate about the law, learning, innovation, and collaboration, and I strive to achieve excellence and satisfaction in everything I do.
