Jobs consisted of IT, Finance, Management, Dispatchers, Enforcement, Parking, Technicians, and Engineering. Constantly in contact with management and VPs to staff existing and new contracts. The largest contract I have worked on was $400M, DOT contract for the state of Virginia. Owned full-cycle recruiting: posted job ads, sourced for candidates, screened candidates, scheduled interviews, extended and closed offers, and managed in ATS (applicant tracking system, SilkRoad and eRecruit). Scheduled drug tests and background checks. Assisted additional departments such as Logistics, Intelligence, and IT with sourcing and screening candidates.

 Contractor to Serco North America. Recruiter for Engineering, IT, and HR/Admin positions. Communicate with clients and Managers in gathering position descriptions. Research appropriate websites to post positions and source resumes. Sources candidates through ATS, referrals and career websites such as Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, HotJobs and other specialty websites. Screen candidates, forward qualified resumes to managers and schedule interviews. Negotiate salaries and submit offer letter paperwork. Provide effective, personable and consistent communication with candidates, clients and managers.

 Identify candidates for contract and permanent placement job requirements for clients and internal employment. Source and pipeline consultants with emerging and hard to find skills through ATS, online searches, and obtaining referrals. Conduct comprehensive screening processes through phone screens, in person interviews, online technical tests, and/or setup technical interviews with in house IT professionals. Verify work references, run background checks and negotiate compensation.
