Evidation Health is a new kind of health and measurement company that provides the world’s most innovative biopharma and health care companies the technology and guidance they need to understand how everyday behavior and health interact.As the Manager, Product Operations, I managed a geographically dispersed team of Product Operations Associates that analyzed and aggregated customer issues to influence the product roadmap and partnered cross-functionally with colleagues in design, engineering, health outcomes, and business to ensure smooth program launches for our members and clients.

Triage is a healthcare data analytics consultancy that provides business strategy, revenue cycle review, and process optimization to 700+ hospitals and health systems across the U.S.During my time as a Manager and Senior Manager, I launched a new service line, Workers' Compensation Revenue Management, that specialized in the insurance verification and dispute resolution of workers’ compensation claims. I recruited analysts for this department, designed an innovative training program, and implemented techniques to motivate my teams.I oversaw up to six concurrent revenue review and business optimization engagements across the United States for non-profit, private, and national healthcare clients. My primary role included fostering strong relationships with business office stakeholders, collaborating with project teams to develop creative process improvement solutions, and generating ROI for hospital clients.
