Michelle Dené is an award winning artist, metal sculptor and internationally recognized jewelry designer, she is also considered one of the world’s top designers in gemstones and precious metals. She was selected by Jewelers Quarterly in Top 40 World-Wide recognized Jewelry Designers of the 21st Century. Dené is presently working at Kay Jewelers in Custom Jewelry Design and Sales after working the last seven years with Tiffany & Co., a New York based, 180 year old internationally recognized brand, specializing in fine jewelry.In her former role as Gallery Owner of fine art and custom fine jewelry at Dené Gallery, Dené managed all the creative aspects of jewelry design and manufacturing as well as the varied responsibilities of a Marketing Executive, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that promote limited addition and one-of-a-kind jewelry, as well as custom design services in addition to raising awareness of Fair Trade protocol and CSR in the jewelry industry and the branding concepts of Dené. Dené has been featured on local news: WGN News on “Designer Trends”, Fox News on “Bridal Jewelry”, and frequently in bridal and fashion magazines, as well as jewelry trade publications such as In-store, National Jeweler, Rappaport, and JCK. In addition Platinum Television produced a feature story on Michelle Dené, airing nationally. Dené is past President of The Women’s Jewelry Association - Midwest chapter, and Midwest representative for the WJA National board of directors, as well as serving on the WJA National nominating committee for the national board of directors.In the art field, Dené provided Fine Art Consulting representing some of the world's most talented artists of today, as well as original Master works by artists including Picasso, Chagall, Dali, Miró and Erté; as well as interior decor consultations.In addition, certified in Art Therapy, Dené currently hosts Corporate and Private Team Building Retreats at her Smoky Mountain Tennessee property, Sugarloaf Mountain Lodge and Glamping.
