This business totals approximately $135M in annual spend, inclusive of both base film and converting spend. Some of my specific areas of responsibility include management of over 10 suppliers, day-to-day management of issues that arise at Mars manufacturing plants and within our business, COGS projects, Consignment and VMI initiatives, understanding and forecasting market data, and price change management.
