I am an accomplished speaker and facilitator passionate about developing people's leadership potential. I focus on building relationships with customers because I believe people do business with people they know and trust. I have a background in sales and marketing, which helped me understand the importance of client relationships and how effective communication plays a part in corporate success. Today, as an entrepreneur, I focus most of my efforts on developing flexible, customized solutions that meet our clients diverse and unique needs. I am a certified DISC Styles facilitator and am also certified in EQI 2.0. I specialize in helping companies foster respectful and psychologically safe workplaces. In addition, we offer various Leadership Development workshops and customized consulting solutions for small to mid-sized businesses all across Alberta. My clients say it's my enthusiasm and energy, combined with my experience and skill, that lend to dynamic seminars and workshops creating a setting that is most conducive to learning. I strive to create interactive workshops where people have an opportunity to share their expertise and experiences. I am a passionate volunteer and believe in supporting our community. In the past, I have volunteered with the Edmonton Chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS), Toastmasters International, the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation and the United Way of the Alberta Capital Region (to name a few). I have also served on various parent council committees and for many years managed my kids sports team. I firmly believe my professional affiliations and volunteer work have helped pave my success in the industry of leadership development.
