About Michelle Fleming

My name is Michelle and I enjoy contracts more than anyone you know. I enjoy and seek out challenges, both professionally and in my personal life because I believe growth only comes from going outside your comfort zone! I obtained my SHRM-CP certification to expand my understanding of the people and business aspect of HR (as opposed to the compliance side of it, which as an attorney I was already expert in). I completed a series of website development classes because I wanted to learn more so that I could handle updating the legal section of my former employer's website. By the end of the class I had successfully built a very basic website. I also enjoy running challenges. I ran 12 half-marathons in 12 months in 2016, once participated in an indoor marathon (which in hindsight was a terrible idea and I do not recommend it), and ran a half marathon in the Swiss Alps (which was a great idea). I have the same challenge seeking personality in my professional life and can't imagine doing a job where I know exactly what to expect week in and week out. In my spare time I provide volunteer legal services to nonprofits through the Pro Bono Partnership. In memory of my brother, who passed of an overdose, I also serve on the Board of Directors of The Road Recovery Foundation, an entertainment industry-based non-profit dedicated to helping young people battle adversities by empowering them to face their struggles, while teaching them comprehensive life skills.I believe in working hard, taking the initiative, and being kind. I always enjoy expanding my professional circle, so let's connect! My email is michelle@km6g.us
