Created business case for and completed the implementation of Contract Safe, a contract management solution in which material contracts are loaded, renewal dates tracked, and user access/permissions are managed.6. As of February 2021, Star2Star is the seventh largest UCaaS provider in North America.7. Following the September 2013 acquisition of VocalCloud, an Interconnected VoIP provider headquartered in Georgia, facilitated launch of new cloud focused subsidiary (Digium Cloud Services LLC) by drafting SaaS end user terms of service and agent templates for the distribution of the Switchvox Cloud service and SIP Trunking.2. Developed and implemented Interconnected VoIP compliance program, training on CPNI, E911, and Kari’s Law obligations to ensure products were developed in accordance with such requirements, relevant teams were trained, and all required contractual documentation was in place.3. Drafted, revised, and negotiated approximately 30 agent contracts for referral of Switchvox Cloud and SIP Trunking opportunities to Digium.4. Negotiated and revised a Master Supply Agreement (primarily for purchase of hardware but with appendixes for items such as software licensing, technical support, and product training), consisting of over 600 pages, with a Fortune 500. This involved frequent cross-departmental collaboration to understand existing departmental processes that required modification to meet contractual requirements, determining whether the burden to meet such modifications was acceptable, revising the contract accordingly, and tracking the departmental feedback. 5. Drafted PaaS terms of service for Respoke, a service of Digium that was a communications API platform which utilized WebRTC and web sockets to provide real time messaging, voice/audio, video, screen sharing, and data transfer.

Drafted, revised, and reviewed over 60 international and domestic distributor contracts and nearly 200 reseller contracts. 6. Reviewed, revised, and negotiated approximately 40 inbound licensing contracts and 50 outbound licensing contracts- primarily software licenses. Primary outbound licenses were to commercially license Asterisk, which is software that turns the customer’s computer into a PBX, enabling it to make and receive phone calls. 7. Partnered with marketing department on contracts, including but not limited to contracts relevant to AstriCon (industry trade show for Asterisk users) such as hotel/exhibitor/speaker contracts and consulting contracts for services such as SEO optimization. 8. Partnered with marketing to draft terms and conditions for giveaways (such as AstriCon ticket and phone giveaways.)
