• Serve as a primary contact person between clients and colleagues on any queries relating to financial product
• Manage discrepancies and transactional errors and give investigation of incident or service issues

• Key Responsibilities:-
• Perform data entry for all requests relating to trading accounts, CDS (Central Depository System) transactions and receipts for all branches.
• Attend day to day operation queries and requests from dealer or remisier and client.
• Generate billing for payment of all CDS transactions.
• Print out and verify all daily reports upon timely manner.
• To meet turnaround time of each requests within the company and regulatory requirements.

• Key Responsibilities:-
• Enter bills & review coding for accuracy.
• Handle high volume of invoices with great attention to detail.
• Ensure the completion of assigned tasks in line with established deadline.
• Maintains historical records by filing documents.
• Disburses petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation.
