The biggest contribution I made in this role, were the personal connections I made throughout the company, which assisted me in delivering answers prompty and effectively.I constructed and maintained a score card inclduing information on turnover, engagement score, net promoter scores, health & safety numbers, mystery shop feedback and dollars spend on colleagues and community involvment. Was also responsible for all HR communication sent to the Store Management Team.
