I have two decades of corporate leadership experience in global employment law functions, creating employee health and welfare benefits programs, developing training and leadership programs designed to elevate marginalized voices and diverse leadership, implementing impactful DEI programs, managing the real-life needs of employees through effective and innovative programs designed to transform corporate culture and meet today's shifting workplace dynamics. I take a unique, people-first strategic approach to organizational and employee wellbeing using my extensive knowledge of how to craft the employee experience and my deep understanding of how to achieve powerful and inclusive cultural transformation in organizations. Through this work, I create spaces where employees truly feel supported, valued, and empowered.I am an influencer of the C-suite and corporate leadership, with expert communication and relationship skills honed through years of providing sought-after advice and counsel to all levels of employees. I meet challenges with an exceptional level of creativity to find innovative solutions to complex issues, bringing leadership teams together across the organization, including legal, human resources, DEI, communications, safety, operations, and other critical business functions to execute on the nuanced solutions and holistic employee wellbeing strategies that ensure care and compassion for the individual while also aligning with the overall mission of the company. Most recently, as the Global Head of Labor and Employment at Match Group, I significantly impacted all aspects of the business that involved people by, for example, creating programs providing employees access to reproductive healthcare and as well as trauma-informed resources and expanding employee policies and benefits to be more inclusive and compassionate.As the Chief Wellbeing Officer and Partner of Disrupt the Landing, LLC (DTL Consulting), I now work with organizations to protect and create loyalty with women, LGBTQ+, other marginalized groups and the communities that support them.
