I am dedicated to biological engineering to design therapeutics. During my PhD, I focused on engineering extracellular vesicles (or exosomes) as therapeutic gene delivery vehicles. For 3 years at AbbVie Stemcentrx, I focused on engineering bispecific antibodies and novel antibody formats for improving therapeutic windows of antibody drug conjugates in oncology. Currently, at Senti, I am working on synthetic biology approaches to designing cell based immunotherapies. I am passionate about pushing forward projects that will make a difference for patients. I enjoy collaborating with and mentoring other passionate individuals.I have technical expertise in: synthetic biology, antibody engineering, protein engineering, extracellular vesicle production, lentivirus production, molecular biology, oncology drug discovery, mentoring and people leadership
