• Experience in Full Life Cycle, high volume sourcing, and recruiting candidates through databases such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, etc. and cross referencing.• Build and maintain external networks by proactively searching for active and passive candidates through networks and active sourcing• Determine candidate qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.• Manage and mentored a team of 3 Recruiters and create strategic plans for them to dominate their week and exceed weekly goals.• Determine candidate requirements by studying job description and job qualifications to screen out candidates.• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, using new groups, and job sites.• Join in on Req Qualification calls with Hiring Managers to find out full scope of the job and ask in dept questions to help identify the right candidates.• Present offers to candidates and negotiate contracts.• Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules, meals, escorting applicant to interviews, and prepping them to “win” the interview.• Maintain rapport with consultants- service them and make sure everything is up to standard. Provide them first day feedback, first week, first month and so on from there.• Hit Full Year Contest in July 2021 ($624,000 in cumulative spread) and brought in over$1 million revenue to the company.
