Current• Manage successful client relationships, financials, and account profitability, including securing incremental work and overseeing budgets, forecasting, etc.• Lead collaboration across all internal and agency teams to ensure successful project delivery • Manage day-to-day account activity and sustain a view of longer-term tactical efforts to foster account success and growth by providing strategic leadership and a roadmap for the business across all disciplines • Plan and oversee corporate marketing initiatives intended to drive organic and new business opportunities, through: o passive (RFPs coming in) and proactive (procurement outreach) new business workstreams o cross-selling capabilities with current clients o organic growth opportunities within current client pipelineso strategic priority prospects identification • Provide career development and mentorship to team members by identifying concrete growth areas and providing opportunities to work on them• Drive the development of an integrated promotions, communications, and thought leadership strategic plan for PIXACORE• Partner with the department head to establish processes and best practices to ensure the client service department is as efficient and profitable as possible• Closely partner with agency leadership team to identify opportunities to impact agency culture and operations• Manage the development, organization, and deployment of business development materials aligned with overarching business development strategy and individual opportunity needs; ensure all final pitch materials are added to a central database• Serve as Pitch Champion across the agency to maximize success
