As part of the Experian Consumer Services D2C business, I was the product leader responsible for the game-changing Experian Boost feature. Experian Boost is the first product to give consumers control to add telecom, utility, rent, insurance and video streaming payments to their Experian credit file and the ability to see their FICO score update instantly. In 2022, I joined the Partner Solutions (EPS) side of Experian Consumer Services business (B2B2C) as VP of Commercial Products, leading financial and identity product lines. In 2023 I became head of EPS product with oversight of Commercial Product, Platform, User Experience / Design and Product Owners. My expertise is product innovations that leverage consumer data to help improve financial wellness and help promote consumer financial inclusion.As the product leader responsible for the Experian Boost product, I partnered with other Experian business units and our data access partner Finicity to build a way for consumers to permission data to be added to their Experian Credit File through the D2C membership. This financial health innovation is the first-of-its-kind service designed to help consumers instantly improve their credit score by giving them credit for on-time utility, telecom, and video streaming service paymentsAt Experian I developed expertise working on “OneExperian” product innovations across siloed Experian business units and third party service providers. This includes Experian Boost, Experian CreditLock, Online Dispute Center, Experian’s AnnualCreditReport.com experience and the creation and launch of the Experian Mobile Apps in 2014. Since joining ECS in 2011, I have had the distinct honor of having received Experian’s top award, “Experian Elite” three times, in 2014, 2018 and 2019. I started my career building online experiences in 1996 at Vegas.com. Since then I worked on successful digital consumer products for brands such as Vegas.com, Realtor.com, Move.com, Live Nation, Lynda.com and Experian. I graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a degree in Communication Studies in 1999.
