  Assisting the team, helping with training and/or internal processes. Support the Regional Sale Managers.  Manage new and existing accounts for the North East, South East, Central Plains, South America and Key Accounts, with annual revenue of $ 50M.  First point of contact for all existing customers and potential new customers, cultivating new business opportunities  Provide Level 1 Tech support to new and existing customers via Chat and via email on product selection. Manage all aspects of each account, from new projects, RFQ, Sales Orders fulfillment and Contract Renewal, as well as invoice disputes and/or material management.  Manage all accounts reporting, including sales history, shipping history, open orders and setting up and/or maintaining the Customer Data Base.  Daily interfaces with multiple departments such as Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Materials Management, Finance and Marketing.  Work closely with the supply chain team and production department, monitoring inventory levels, lead times and availability of product. Review and update all ISO documentation in addition of the yearly internal and external company audits for re-certification.
