I see the red doors of enterprises with $ billions in revenue, and thousands of employees, across over 100 countries. And in front of that red door, I see the unprofitability, projects gone off the rails resulting in missed opportunities, and the most valuable asset, people, lost without a beat. I paint it black. Black to profitabilityBlack to streamlined workflowsBlack to optimized leaders, teams, and contributors engaged and fulfilled. Here are a few examples of the red to black turnarounds I’m most proud ofHighlighted Achievements:★ Returned red bottom lines to black in one year, adding $ millions in profits.★.Led multiple, complex, global projects simultaneously. All were completed on time and within budget.★ Led multiple end-to-end initiatives, including due diligence, delivering multiple mergers/integrations/divestitures.★ Developed analytics, go-to-market research, and financial planning to support initiatives that increased revenues, captured market share and expanded vertical markets.★Led high-performing teams of over 400 employees and hundreds of partners across multiple functions, geographies, and cultures.★Started global women’s leadership initiative and co-founded a best-in-class mentoring program. As a trusted executive and advisor on financial forecasting, financial modeling, global M&A initiatives, and business transformation -- across financial services and education, I identify and leverage opportunities to steer organizations towards year-over-year growth using the instruments of data analytics to drive continuous process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost optimization.
