I am experienced manager and researcher in the field of environmental services, natural resources, coastal and marine ecosystems, sustainable development, climate change, and protected area management in Honduras. My experience mainly involves monitoring, management and conservation of marine ecosystems. I have worked with international and multisectoral organizations at a multistakeholder and local community level. I have contributed as a RIS Compiler for the designation of three RAMSAR sites in the Bay Islands of Honduras. My research interests include reef restoration, assessment and mitigation of coastal and marine ecosystems services and biodiversity conservation.
