Customer service, reception, and tech work.

Supervising a staff of five employees, creating monthly schedules for each hospital that I manage, keeping the veterinary schedule up to date at each hospital, training new staff members, retraining current staff to obtain new protocols and training plans that I have created to help each hospital run more efficiently, preparing agendas for monthly management and all staff meetings, scheduling lunch and learns with mutual venders, interviewing/hiring potential staff, creating HR approved verbal/written/final warnings and filling out termination paperwork. Answering phones, answering medical/behavioral questions to the best of my ability, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, creating daily patient charts, scanning records into patient’s chart, confirming calls for next day appointments, helping cremation clients, helping difficult and distressed customers, setting up pet insurance, filing insurance claims, filling prescriptions, going over medication, having quality of life discussions, filling out deposit slips at end of day and dropping into safe, handling IT issues, doing all hospital supply ordering at each location, knowledgeable on Vetter/Voyager/Vetstreet software, knowledgeable with Google Drive, and completing other various admin work.
