Michelle Gilboe is an experienced trial attorney with a national practice, defending manufacturers of products including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, recreational sporting goods, exercise equipment as well as service based providers in the utility and telecommunications, aesthetics services, spa, nursing home, medical and construction industries. As lead counsel, she regularly defends cases involving everything from catastrophic injuries to commercial disputes. Michelle has extensive experience in defending complex medical and scientific matters in both state and federal courts. Michelle manages significant litigation nationwide, allowing her to defend in multiple jurisdictions. In addition to defending manufacturers across the country, Michelle advises her clients on risk management strategies, regulatory compliance, reporting requirements and recall issues. Michelle serves as national and regional counsel for numerous companies and has extensive experience defending products ranging from laser devices, medical pumps, respiratory care devices, implantable cardiac care devices and heart monitors to exercise equipment and pharmaceuticals.
