Project took first place in the bank’s annual “Best of the Best” awards and provided the blueprint for increasing efficiency in other international markets.Retail liaison for the enterprise-wide platform harmonization project, necessary to integrate diverse banking platforms and systems utilized across the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.

Oversaw all customer facing communications for onboarding, acquisition and retention campaigns. Managed a broad network of external and internal stakeholders, suppliers and partners and directly supervised a team of 5 product managers. Direct P&L responsibility of $5 million.

From 2000 through 2002, reporting direct to the Senior Vice President, New Ventures, led the development and implementation of the first ever bank and American Express co-branded family of credit cards in Canada. Direct P&L accountability in excess of $8 Million and supervised 5 direct reports.Prior to 2000 in the role of Product Manager, Card Products, developed and launched numerous new Visa Card products including the original President's Choice Financial Visa, and the first CIBC cash back loyalty credit cards.

Managed all aspects of the marketing mix including research, pricing, advertising and new product development for top tier food and household products including French's Mustard, Keen's Dry Mustard, Woolite and Zero Fine Fabric Wash, Mr. Bubble bath products and Sani-Flush bathroom products.
