oversee and direct business operations, set policies, approve business decisions, evaluate executive performances, and fulfill fiduciary responsibilities.

Arrange Board Meetings, prepare meeting notes, host the AGM, write the event newsletter to members.

Set up and managed the registration for the Girl Scouts Singapore, assigned the 300+ girls to troops and recruited 70+ adults to volunteer as troop leaders.

Managed and coordinated the team that set and ran a yearly two day overnight camp.

Kept the ExCo meeting notes and wrote two monthly emails to the members as well as helped manage the troop permission slip system. Submitted and maintained yearly our ROS member and annual submission up to date.

Worked as the Exco Treasurer 2014, Secretary 2015 & 2018 and President 2017.Served in a Registry of Societies (ROS) registered ExCo for the goal of fundraising and funding programs to benefit the children of our school. Part of the team for managing PTA's annual financial reports, annual submission to Singapore ROS, help organize monthly speakers and major events for the PTA. Lead ROS mandated transition to Corppass and set up and maintained the banking at OCBC.

Responsible for managing the books, handling bill payments, compiling monthly reports for the expo, and presenting the annual budget.

In addition to running a 24 member troop, served as Manager of the Cherry Hill, New Jersey cookie sale coordinating with local businesses to warehouse the initial cookie order of 2000+ cookies for our township as well as managed the cookie sale for all troops during the sale. Collected information of cookie sales per troop for our township. Ordered, collected, and distributed awards and prizes for girls.
