My passion for Credit Unions runs deep, rooted in both personal and professional experiences.Growing up, I witnessed firsthand the difference Credit Unions make. My mother worked at Mobil Oil Credit Union in Downtown Los Angeles, while my father, a Civil Engineer with Texaco for over 20 years, proudly belonged to Texaco Credit Union. Working at Disneyland, like most teenagers did who live close to the park, I became a member of Partners Federal Credit Union. These early influences shaped my lifelong appreciation for the outstanding service and community-focused values Credit Unions deliver.I began my career with SWBC, an organization committed to supporting Credit Unions, which felt like a natural fit. Over my 23 year career with SWBC and as a Senior Vice President, I gained valuable insights into the Credit Union industry, both from a member's perspective and an operational standpoint.Today, as the leader of OMNISolutions, my commitment is to help credit union achieve their goals. Our mission focuses on delivering innovative and collaborative solutions that save money, increase revenue, and provide operational efficiency. With close to 30 years of expertise with operations, account management and sales related to risk management services such as Collateral Protection Insurance, Collections, GAP Refunds (AB2311), and Payments as well as indirect lending and investment solutions.
