There are 70 Employees in a busy manufacturing environment;Responsible for the manufacturing operation, cost control, commercial team and new projects management;Responsible for the strategic development of the business as a whole;Representing the interests of the corporation and the businesses stakeholders;Member of the Reflective Products Business (RPB) Global Management Team - a corporate team responsible for running the entire global business (16 locations in 11 countries);Responsible for Talent Management at all levels;Responsible for networking for the benefit of the business;Development of new geographic locations (eg: South America, Sao Paulo);Travel throughout the Americas as required

Full responsibility for the pan European Accounting department in Europe;Member of the European Management Team of 5 people, who were responsible for the development and operation of Reflexite Europe with a 27M turnover per annum;Responsible for the strategic development of both Finance and the business as a whole;Member of the management team within Reflexite Ireland manufacturing facility;Responsible for the sourcing and setup of a new purpose built 30,000 sq ft facility in Waterford - 2006;Travel throughout Europe on a regular basis.Reason for Change:Promotion to MD (General Manager) - relocated to the USA
