Based in Vancouver, BC, responsibilities were to manage recruiting strategies and initiate full-cycle recruitment of prospective students for Bishop’s University academic programs and services. Planned and executed visitation schedules to high schools and colleges, as well as participated in education fairs throughout British Columbia, Alberta, and California. This position was a pilot project where I was the first Recruitment Officer to be based in Vancouver. While developing the West Coast market I increased enrollment twofold. My role contributed to a largest incoming class record at Bishop’s in 2016.
