Lead agency community engagement, advocacy, and government relations resulting in $10M in public funds annually. Provide expert leadership in federal, state, and local grant procurement, management, & compliance for 50+ contracts.

Oversee the daily operations of 40 Club locations and case-management programs in two counties. Led operational expansion from 19 program locations to 40+ working with state and local leaders. Clubs offer opportunities that will help all youth grow up to be caring, productive and responsible citizens. Our focus is on helping young people achieve Academic Success, develop Good Character and lead Healthy Lifestyles. Led a team of 200+ employees who serve 4,000 young people each day.
