As a Real estate agent I assist individuals in the buying and selling of property. As an agent I work for a licensed broker. For property sellers, I list their property for sale, determine pricing of the property, stage open houses or showings and participate in contract negotiations. For home buyers, I work with the individual to determine their needs, locate potential properties and accompany the buyers to view the property, draw up contracts, participate in negotiations and ensure that conditions of the contract are met to the buyer's satisfaction.
