I am currently responsible for the Customer CARE of all Isuzu customers and Isuzu dealers in the West of the UK, spanning from Lancashire, covering the Midlands, Wales, Bristol and Cornwall. I am also responsible for a number of Fleet customers and contact each depot to ensure any problems are resolved as quickly as possible.

Whilst I had small children I worked evenings for Asda. During my time with Asda I was promoted to Team Trainer. I was responsible for running the Customer Service Desk, decision making, accountable for the service desk tills and training of other customer service staff during my shift.

I compiled customer accounts from receipts, bank statements, day books and ledgers. I assisted in audits and compiling of company accounts. I also compiled VAT returns, tax returns and produced payroll for different customers.
