This experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and demands of these industries, enabling me to develop tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Through RNR, I am dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in the field of fleet management and roadside assistance, helping our clients achieve operational efficiency.With a diverse background in marketing, project management, operations, and customer/user experience (CX/UX), I bring a multifaceted approach to solving business challenges. My career spans various roles, including training and facilitation, academic research in business-to-business (B2B) markets, and speaking at industry conferences. My focus areas include: Business-to-Business (B2B) Relations, User Experience (UX), Customer Experience (CX), Start-up Strategy and Start-up Customer Experience (CX).My dedication to understanding and enhancing customer experiences is reflected in my published journal article, "Customer Experience, Satisfaction, and Loyalty in Business-to-Business Markets: Does the Chain Hold Across Customer Segments?"
