During these 4 months I evaluated and adapted a Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) which was designed to measure the adherence to the Dutch Guidelines for a Healthy Diet. In addition, I developed dietary recommendations for different scores people could get on this FFQ for the following eight items: fruit, vegetables, dietary fiber, fish, saturated fatty.

Assisted in the kitchen with the preparation and packing of food for a controlled nutrition study (Protect study)

Conducted a focus group study in order to obtain information on mothers difficulties in promoting a healthy lifestyle among their children.
