I’m a Customer Support Specialist for ReCollect Systems, a digital technology company focused on solid waste and recycling needs for government and business organizations across North America and parts of the United Kingdom. In this role, I provide technical support for our products and assist in troubleshooting and/ or maintenance requests for our products .
I work with a talented team of Customer Success Managers, Waste and Recycling Consultants, Marketing and Technology Specialists who have a deep understanding of the technology and communications that drive successful waste and recycling services. I enjoy learning from our customers and seeing our customers grow into a community that share successful stories of using our product(s) to solve key industry problems with each other through a number of webinars hosted by Recollect.Before joining ReCollect, I worked as a Customer Support/ Project Manager for Catalyst Condo Management and was lucky enough to learn about the waste and recycling needs of multi-residential customers served by city and commercial businesses which ranged from small to mid-sized to enterprise level.
I am passionate about learning how technology can improve core processes in an organization.
