A court clerk is an administrative worker in the criminal and civil justice systems, providing support to judges, attorneys and other officers of the court. They manage all secretarial duties including maintaining court records, distributing orders of the court, and preparing meeting agendas.

I work in courtroom and support offices assisting judges with court cases and performing various tasks such as calling the court calendar, preparing written correspondence, maintaining custody of physical evidence, and preparing and examining court documents to ensure accuracy.

I organize and carry out the County's payroll payment system. Payroll payable processing includes federal and state tax deposits, retirement plan payments, garnishments, and voluntary deduction payouts. Generate, store, and disperse payroll documents such W-2 forms, and 1099 forms. Draft and disseminate official announcements, such as pay reports for public release.

As the administer of the church's operations, it included all accounting and financial reporting, tax filing, account reconciliations, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable were my responsibilities of the church administrator. I was the liaison between the congregation and the finance committee. I partnered with families experiencing difficulties teaching budgeting skills as part of a community service effort.

As coordinator, customers were greeted, appointments were scheduled, insurance claims were filed, and patient warranty files were maintained in my role as the owner's financial assistant.
