Communicating with the cities for proper inspections. Fire suppression system annual testing, and repairs. Storm Water inspections, repairs, and permit renewals. Annual Generator inspections. Lift station inspections, and repair.

Processing recurring services invoices for the stores. Sort out and pass out invoices for coordinators to code. Answer inquiries for invoices from different vendors. Update our system with COI's, along with reaching out to vendors for current COI's.

Check guest in and out of the hotel. Make reservations from 3rd party sites, and customer calls. Help give guest directions to different places in Springfield. Communicate with maintenance on issues that need to be fixed with the rooms. communicate with house keeping on getting rooms flipped, and getting extra towels and blankets to the rooms.

Answer the phones, and set appointments for the Service Department. Work on spreadsheets for recalls on GMC, Buick, Cadillac, and Pontiac. Call customers about Recalls, and get the scheduled. Order parts for recalls as customers call in to get their recall fixed. Help move vehicles on the drive when needed.
