Provide the Secretary and Secretariat of the Air Force legal support, and analysis with guidance in addressing the leasing and selling of commercial properties. Negotiate, draft, and execute agreements to lease, development agreements, ground leases, licenses, right of entry and easement documents. Review proposals; and assist project managers with the logistics needed throughout the process to close the transactions.

Provided underwriting decisions and support for agents, direct operations, fee attorneys, and attorney’s agents for closings ranging up to multi-million dollars commercial and residential transactions, while authorized to sign commercial and residential policies up to 53 million dollars. Conducted legal analysis and onsite trainings for a variety of areas of law: probate, business, and bankruptcy, federal, state and local laws as related to real estate matters to attorneys, title examiners, escrow officers and assistants. Reviewed Fidelity fraud alerts and provide approval for agents to close transactions. Supervised and assisted with preparation of title insurance commitments and policies. Responsible for addressing legal or compliance issues for Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico region. Managed the Post Title Commitment team and address concerns with escrow closings.
