Michelle is the CEO of BioCircuit Technologies, an early-stage medical device company focused on nerve repair and neuromodulation. Prior to joining BioCircuit, she was Managing Director of the GRA Venture Fund, an early stage venture capital fund based in Atlanta, GA. Michelle is a Board Director of Lazard Ltd, Inspire Brands, and is Board Chair of Crawford & Company. Michelle spent 25 years at McKinsey & Company, during which she became a Senior Partner and the Firm's Global Chief HR & Talent Officer. She was a member of the Firm’s Global Operating Committee, Partner Compensation Committee, and chaired a Partner Evaluation Committee. She spent earlier periods of her career at McKinsey as a client-serving partner and as chief-of-staff to the Global Managing Director. Formerly, Michelle served as a Trustee of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, one of the largest pediatric healthcare systems in the US and as a Trustee of the Georgia Tech Foundation Board. Michelle has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BIE from Georgia Institute of Technology.
