Responsible for EMEA multi-currency billing of Syndication, Copyright, Bulk Subscriptions, Events and EuroFinance Conferences ensuring correct revenue coding and VAT rates are applied. Processing daily interfaces from the Media and Event delegate systems onto the accounting system. Processing client credit card payments on Worldpay, AR allocations and write offs, Intercompany AR journals, processing customer refunds, managing shared mailbox and liaising with credit control and stakeholders to resolve queries.

Responsible for all cash allocation from daily bank statement, temporary position whilst travelling in Australia.

Responsible for a portfolio of clients ensuring production costs on WIP were monitored, billed accurately and on a timely basis in line with client contracts and internal policies, using DDS applications (Maconomy) including Flexibill, PC Paks, Presto and Tobacco. Regular meetings with the Project Managers and Account teams to review unbilled WIP costs on their billable jobs and determine what is to billed to the client and for any transfers or write offs. Preparing draft invoices, making amendments and raising the finalised production bills and credit notes ensuring the required back up receipts were included where necessary. Opening & maintaining billable jobs, processing job-to-job transfers and write offs, running job reports, journaling surplus monies to holding accounts or taking monies to revenue, reconciling & closing jobs. Raising monthly fees, allocating costs, processing expenses and helping the account teams with any queries and chasing client PO’s. Liaising with credit control and management accounts with invoice and revenue queries. Maintaining a client budget, estimate and PO reconciliation spread sheet. Preparing end of month WIP analysis/unbilled status reports for the Billing Manager and Management Accountant.
