Managed and tracked internal process improvement projects and usage of a new time reporting system for a department of 60 software engineers. Facilitated department meetings to review team's progress on the process improvement projects and to present department time reporting status. Project lead for a large hiring project of 100 engineers in 3 months for multiple departments in the iDEN group. This involved facilitating meetings to get the departments started on their resume review and hiring process, tracking the metrics of the hiring effort and reporting the successes and challenges to the iDEN group management team.

Project Manager (1994-1995) Moved to this role when my largest systems engineering project, a data standardization effort across thirty-three AT&T Wireless Systems markets was ready for it's next phase of development and implementation. This project brought in over a million dollars in revenue.Systems Engineer (1993 - 1995) wrote requirements documents detailing the client's functional needs for enhancements to the cellular billing system Provided support to the development, integration test, documentation teams and clients during the project lifecycle.Analyst (1992-1993) created enhancements for the Macro/Cell online cellular billing system. Wrote programs to successfully convert a new market from an outside billing provider.Programmer/Analyst (1990-1992) creating and maintaining adhoc reports.

Shortly after the start of my career, I joined the Project Control System (PCS) team in the creation of a new system to track the testing of products for UL certification.

Member of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) programming group. Tracked the usage of the data fields throughout the system and created a report detailing data fields usage that was used in a data conversion. The internship was extended into the fall semester and during this time I wrote batch and online HRIS COBOL programs.
