I coordinate and support teams to incorporate and deliver sustainability, environmental and stakeholder engagement outcomes into major projects. I help track and ensure that initiatives meet relevant local and/or international performance standards, and are integrated into operations and processes. My experience ranges from supporting integration into design and engineering processes, to enabling participation of Aboriginal businesses, social enterprises and local businesses. I support these processes in collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders, and with a strong relationship-based approach.Industry experience includes urban development, mining, infrastructure, rail, and natural gas as well with Small-to-Medium Enterprises (SME), arts organisations and local and state government. I have worked as both a consultant and a business owner, operating a leading and award-winning regenerative farming and food business with my partner since 2014. I founded a consulting practice in 2008, and co-founded a not-for-profit association for sustainability practitioners in 2005. My governance experience includes a non-Executive Director of a Fremantle-based social enterprise from 2014 - 2017 as well as numerous Management Committee roles.I believe that leadership in the areas of social inclusion, impact management and sustainability can position organisations and projects for future success, provide potential savings and provide access to a local and diverse workforce.
