I am a FinTech entrepreneur, FemTech leader, and start-up mentor with over 20 years of experience in financial risk management, analytics, and simulation training. My BHAG (big hairy audacious goal) is to empower the financial sector to be smart and sustainable in order to drive global prosperity.I co-founded BankersLab® (www.bankerslab.com), the award-winning provider of "flight simulator" simulation training for FinTech lenders and bankers. Our SaaS training simulation has been used by clients in over 45 countries, including banks, credit unions, lenders, credit bureaus, and training institutes. We help them practice and certify their skills in a risk-free environment, leading to sharper performance, smoother conduct risk compliance, and individual accountability. As the CEO, I lead the strategic vision, product development, and global partnerships of BankersLab®, as well as mentor and support the next generation of FinTech innovators and leaders.
