Created comprehensive risk management training course for consumer bank risk executives. Provided subject matter expertise, training content and case studies for areas such as Basel II, Analytics, Stress Testing, Decision Tool Usage and Risk Management Strategies. Conducted delivery and refinement of the new course.

- Provided thought leadership and methodology for Basel II risk modeling. - Created best practices infrastructure, toolkit, and training program for usage of Credit Bureau data across the bank. - Obtained investment funding and building or upgrading credit bureau interface infrastructure across six countries. - Provided leadership for usage of and investments in the bank’s risk infrastructure. This includes account management and underwriting platforms. - Provided analytic leadership for Value-at-risk and risk appetite analysis of the portfolios. - Participated in Microfinance task force to build technical assistance program for MFIs.

- Built client facing analytic team in Bangalore, delivering retail credit risk models as well as business consulting to global clients. Provide mentoring, training, quality and process review and guidance for rapid team development. - Consistently met aggressive revenue and chargeability targets, as leader of Asia/Pacific Analytic P&L Unit. - Created Basel II modeling methodologies for retail credit risk. - Participated in technical assistance missions in the area of Macroeconomic and Fiscal Management. Developed and demonstrated a sectoral simulation model for the Finance Ministry Authorities for the purpose of fiscal projections and analysis. - Developed and maintained models to calculate industrial country fiscal indicators which are used the Board of Directors discussions and IMF publications. These are statistical indicators which are regularly used in the world financial markets to understand the impact of public finance on the macroeconomy and for the Maastrict convergence criteria in Europe.- Developed cash flow model of public pension schemes for several industrial and developing countries, in order to compute a net present value position of each fund, and to simulate policy solutions for aging populations. This is a partial equilibrium model which utilizes detailed demographic cohort groups and exogenous macroeconomic conditions.

- Analyzed risk and return of the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s largest mortgage insurance fund. Developed model of past and future cash flows of program. Conducted an econometric analysis of the probability of a borrowers’ default and prepayment, using the results as input to the cash flow model.- Conducted econometric study of housing market leading indicators in order to develop an econometric model to explain the movement of housing prices.- Prepared various technical reports and government proposals.

- Researched impact of import competition on US manufacturing. Explored the quantitative relationship between industry concentration, profit margins, and import penetration through the use of panel data econometric techniques. Utilized a fixed effects panel data model with error correction matrices.- Assembled panel database for all Savings and Loans institutions in the US in order to test cost-estimation econometric models.
