The company develops, manufactures and markets scientifically well founded dietary supplements, herbal remedies and medical drugs based on optimal bio-availability, safety and documentation.I am the Education and Training Co-Ordinator with Pharma Nord Ireland and my main responsibilities are:• Organisation and management of all education projects (both in person and online), including working with venues, speakers, participant recruitment and bookings. Average participant attendance increased by over 50% from 2022 to 2023.• Company representation at conferences and events nationwide, including networking and building relationships.• Management of timetables and coordination frameworks for both above, also organising staff availability and required materials for all.• Coordination of all training, both internally and externally, including full management of scheduling.• Writing and delivery of education presentations and brochures to various stakeholders, including retail staff and health professionals.• Work closely with all team members to ensure all education materials are up to date and all event and conference activities run smoothly. • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, as demonstrated by the full management of all training schedules, education events and administrative tasks for all. • Brand and nutrition expert for Irish operations.• Working closely with colleagues all over Europe to ensure coherent training strategies are complied with and information shared among all teams. • Management of several Product Trainers, including outline of schedules for nationwide appointments.• Data collection, maintenance, and monitoring of records for generation of reports. • Monitoring and evaluating performance and effectiveness of all events and sales practices.

I worked one to one with clients in order to fully understand the health issues being faced and to tailor specific protocols dedicated to alleviating their symptoms and achieving optimum health. Other key areas of interest are writing and delivering presentations to educate other healthcare professionals on key areas of nutrition, involvement in the organisation of in-store health information events in local pharmacies and various business set up duties including marketing and online business promotion.

Review of batch paperwork of multiple products to ensure compliance with European pharmacopoeia standards. Drafting of review reports, including liaising with international companies to determine good production practices that met the required standards.

Responsible for the review of production and Quality Control documentation of multiple batch products to ensure compliance with cGMP standards. Involved in preparing the approval of batch documentation for shipment, including the investigation of any deviations that arose in the production process.Liased closely with other departments such as production, Quality Control and Qualified Persons to ensure the timely approval and release of materials.
