With nearly 25 years of experience in communications and strategy, I help global organisations connect, collaborate, and communicate effectively. As the Managing Director of TakeWing Communications, a boutique consultancy firm, I design and implement both operational and strategic programmes that align people to business objectives.I combine a broad understanding of digital trends and technology with straightforward communications advice. I enjoy helping clients to enhance employee engagement and connect to their organisation’s purpose. My 'sweet spot' capabilities include: Coaching colleagues at any level to present brilliantly; Managing complex change and transformation programmes; Creating engaging internal and external communications; Strategic business planning; Stakeholder management; and Engaging with communities - in both the corporate world and local government. I attended the General Management Accelerated Development Programme at London Business School in 2018; and earned a Professional Certificate in Management from The Open University Business School in 2014. Outside of work, I serve as a Parish Councillor in Hamble and Chair of a Working Group Communications, HR and Finance.
