Hello everyone, my name is Michelle! I recently graduated from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business, where I majored in Marketing with a minor in Retailing and Consumer Science. Currently, I am the Marketing Coordinator at McConnell Jones, the 2nd largest African American-founded and diverse-owned CPA firm in the country.My passion for marketing stems from its dynamic nature, where creativity meets problem-solving. Adapting to new trends and consumer behaviors excites me, as it allows me to solve complex challenges with innovative solutions. My work is guided by a customer-centric approach, a perspective I've honed through my experiences in customer service and hospitality. These experiences have greatly helped me through my various internships, giving me a deep understanding of consumer behavior that has enabled me to develop strategies that resonate with target audiences.
