I am a Deaf person who is passionate about human development and issues of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and an MBA candidate from Putra Business School, Malaysia, with a concentration in Human Potential Management.I am a detail-oriented individual with three years of experience in Learning and Development in the FCMG industry, where I worked on data management and analysis to support people's development and generate organizational success. In my social activities, I am also in charge of managing many various projects.
