I am an experienced product executive with global trust and safety policy, product development, strategy, operations, and people management experience. At Strava, I lead the Trust and Safety organization responsible for cultivating a positive, empowered, and safe experience to help people live their best active lives. At Google, I led a global team of Trust and Safety leads responsible for crafting and implementing content moderation policies and strategies - ranging from responsible AI to hate speech to misinformation across our Google Search, Commerce, and Generative AI products. In my day-to-day, I partnered with product managers, engineers, researchers, UX, and execs to build delightful products, craft robust policy and enforcement guidelines, uphold AI responsibility principles, and inform scaled algorithmic and ML safety.I also have extensive experience in career coaching, people development, and strategic operations management. I've created new teams and organizational functions to solve global challenges, and provided expert human capital consultation to large, multinational technology and health companies. I advise start-ups in the health and wellness space, and serve on boards to advise on responsible technology.I excel at building 0 to 1, problem solving, influencing, and standing up high-performing and inclusive global teams.I’m also an accomplished sub-elite athlete in the marathon and XC mountain bike racing.
