At Strava, I lead the Trust and Safety organization responsible for cultivating a positive, empowered, and safe experience to help people live their best active lives. At Google, I led a global team of Trust and Safety leads responsible for crafting and implementing content moderation policies and strategies - ranging from responsible AI to hate speech to misinformation across our Google Search, Commerce, and Generative AI products. In my day-to-day, I partnered with product managers, engineers, researchers, UX, and execs to build delightful products, craft robust policy and enforcement guidelines, uphold AI responsibility principles, and inform scaled algorithmic and ML safety.I also have extensive experience in career coaching, people development, and strategic operations management.
