Current•Oversee the end-to-end project management of the implementation of new offer providers, ensuring smooth transitions, system integration, and optimal user experience.•Manage Service Providers, fostering strong partnerships and maintaining a high level of communication to ensure the timely delivery and accuracy of offers.•Manage day-to-day business operations, including preparing bi-weekly status reports.•Working with Technology and Finance team, monitor and track member payouts – as well as company commission payouts – ensuring timely and accurate distribution of cash back rewards, coupons, and other incentives.•Manage the onboarding process for Channel Partner clients, ensuring smooth integration onto the rewards platform by coordinating the setup of websites, emails, and other customized assets, in alignment with client requirements.•Manage the onboarding of new brands and merchant reward offers by overseeing the integration of reporting mechanisms, affiliate links, and analytics tools to accurately track and analyze the performance of their offers on the platform.•Assist with the mobile app development for the rewards platform by coordinating with external vendors and internal technology teams to ensure successful app creation and updates.•Through the creation and ongoing refinement of product performance tracking, continuously assess and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product enhancements, system improvements, and new features based on user feedback, partner requirements and market trends.•Manage line-item budget associated with operational responsibilities, overseeing allocation and management of funding and spend for offer service partners, ensuring resource optimization.
